Michael Lease


Michael is one of the founding partners of Lease Companies and MediaUSA, Inc., and brings over 41 years of experience in business development, construction, and outdoor billboard sales experience, along with other out of home media sales.


Daniel Lease

Business Development/IT

Daniel is a partner of MediaUSA, Inc. and brings over 20 years of experience in business development, and out of home media sales. He's also our in house IT expert as well as our lead programmer for the infoTouch program.


Trisha Caron

Office Manager

Trisha joined the MediaUSA family in 2016 and is the “voice” of MediaUSA. As Office Manager, Trisha handles all day to day operations to make sure MediaUSA runs like a well-oiled machine!


Jack Bates

Account Executive

Jack started working in the inside sales department his sophomore year of high school during summer breaks. This energetic sales savvy professional is now a junior in college and still calls MediaUSA his summer "work" home. Loved by his customers, Jack is also the son of Joshua and grandson of Mark!


Alissa Carlson

Account Executive

Alissa Joined MediaUSA in late 2020 and brings over 20 years of customer service and sales experience to our Account Executive team. Her zeal is to help businesses bring focus to their company via creative community advertising. Alissa is deeply passionate about giving back to her community, she is an active member of the Meeker / Kandiyohi Humane Society board and she also serves as treasurer on the local Round Lake association.

I joined the team in early January of 2021 and have over 7 years of combined sales and leadership experience. I’m a very proud husband and an even prouder “girl dad” of an amazing 4-year-old. When I’m not watching Manchester United or the Milwaukee Bucks, I’m spending time with my family and family zoo of 3 cats and 2 dogs. Residing out of Chippewa Falls, WI, I’m thrilled to be servicing WI and can’t wait to help you grow your business!

Hailing from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota this energizer bunny became a valued MediaUSA account executive in 2009. Alison serves most of northern and central Minnesota and works closely in our restaurant lines. A true sales professional.

Chick has lead the A/R department for over 20 years. In 2018, Chick took on the Human Resources role to help guide our team of professionals.

Graphic Designer

Kris is the “create” in creativity in the Skywalk Advertising Division. Joining us in early 2019, Kris provides graphic services and consultation to make sure your advertising campaign “pops”! Kris also provides graphic support in other MediaUSA divisions.


Mary Ann Franco

Account Executive

Mary Ann joined MediaUSA in 2018 and is a cameleon within the office. Besides sales support, she also is office support, collections support and product support! Never a dull day around here!


Cindy McKechney

Account Executive

Cindy recently joined the Media USA team commanding years of sales experience in the financial, and transportation industries. As an Account Executive, Cindy works hand-in-hand with new, and existing, advertisers in our restaurant division. Cindy is able to develop strong relationships with customers which in turn leads to loyal clients, word of mouth, and increased sales to create business success!

Alex joined the MediaUSA family as Operations Manager in 2020. Alex manages and catalogs product as it comes in and prepares it to be shipped to our customers.
