MediaUSA was first established in 1990 by Lease Companies with Corporate offices located in Litchfield, MN. We now have satellite office in Duluth, MN & Des Moines, IA.
MediaUSA offers a wide variety of strategic nontraditional out of home advertising venues throughout the Midwest. Current markets include MN, WI, IL, IA, NE, ND, SD, KS, MO, CO with continued developments to include a number of other territories and states.
MediaUSA market share focuses on the consumers of the hospitality industry including business and leisure class hotels, restaurants, golf courses as well as service clubs MediaUSA products target and capture hundreds of thousands of upscale demographics at an unbelievable cost per thousand!
MEET THE TEAM
Mark Lease
Mark is one of the founding partners of Lease Companies and MediaUSA and brings over 40 years of experience in business development, print, outdoor billboard sales and other out of home media sales.
Daniel Lease
Daniel is a partner of MediaUSA, Inc. and brings over 20 years of experience in business development, and out of home media sales. He's also our in house IT expert as well as our lead programmer for the infoTouch program.
Trisha Caron
Trisha joined the MediaUSA family in 2016 and is the “voice” of MediaUSA. As Office Manager, Trisha handles all day to day operations to make sure MediaUSA runs like a well-oiled machine!
Sue Koll
Started in 2021 as Account Coordinator and Development. Worked in Radio sales for 10 years as a Sales representative. Territory Manager for 12 years working with customers on technology solutions for their business. Customer care and service is my priority.
Amee Lambertson
Amee has been with MediaUSA since 2016 and is a “Jack of all Trades”. With her experience working with both Hotel and Restaurant Accounts, she has great success in generating, building, and maintaining relationships with her clients. She takes great pride in getting to know each and every business and person she works with to ensure the best customer service. Amee’s goal is to provide you with the best advertising experience and reach all Advertising goals!
Loriee Barnes
Loriee returned to the Media USA Team in March 2021. With her previous experience she was able to get right back in to groove of selling and creating relationships with advertisers. She is always willing to go that little extra to get advertisers the result they are looking to achieve. She was born and raised in the local area and enjoys time outdoors and with her family.
Macy Johnson
Macy brings 7 years of sales experience to the Duluth Skywalk. Her previous sales experience with Kare 11 and AJ Indoor Advertising provides you with years of dedication and experience!
Michael Lease
Michael is one of the founding partners of Lease Companies and MediaUSA, Inc., and brings over 41 years of experience in business development, construction, and outdoor billboard sales experience, along with other out of home media sales.
Kristie Isakson
Kristie joined the Media USA team in 2022 and brings over 20 years of Accounting, Payroll and Tax experience. I’ve been married to my husband Bill for almost 25 years! I am a very proud mama of 2 “grown” children. My daughter is an RN with her BSN. My son is married and currently attending college to be an electrician!
Kelli Harrier
Kelli is MediaUSA’s Lead Graphic Designer and has led the graphics department for over 20 years! Kelli’s expertise includes graphic design management in all areas within the MediaUSA family of products.
Mary Ann Franco
Mary Ann joined MediaUSA in 2018 and is a cameleon within the office. Besides sales support, she also is office support, collections support and product support! Never a dull day around here!
Kristen Kummel
Kristen joined the sales team in 2023. With over 20 years of advertising sales and marketing experience she is dedicated to creating new relationships and help service clients in each of her markets. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, dog, support animal rescue and enjoys upcycling home items.
Ellen Lenz
Ellen joined the MediaUSA team in April of 2022. She brings with her 8+ years of sales and customer service experience and thoroughly enjoys the relationships she builds with her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best service and experience for them and works hard to achieve her goals within the company. Ellen is dedicated to the success of each market whether that be in restaurant accounts or hotels. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, and learning about new things.
Mike Olson
Mike grew up in Northern Minnesota before moving to central Minnesota. Mike’s 32 year career in education found him working in Little Falls and Litchfield, MN where he taught, coached, served as an Activities Director and Assistant Principal. As a true “Iron Ranger” , Mike’s knowledge of Northern Minnesota helps in expanding the IBoard to Northern Minnesota.
Joshua Lease
Joshua is one of the founding partners to MediaUSA and brings over 20 years of experience in business development, out of home media sales as well as leading a large team of sales professionals.
Chick Lease
Chick has lead the A/R department for over 20 years. In 2018, Chick took on the Human Resources role to help guide our team of professionals.
Kristina Vis
Kristina joined the Media USA team in late September 2021. Kristina brings with her years of experience in advertising, marketing, and graphic design. Kristina loves to share her creative genius with others to ensure your advertising campaigns shine!
Cindy McKechney
Cindy joined the Media USA team in 2020 commanding years of sales experience in the financial, and transportation industries. As an Account Executive, Cindy works hand-in-hand with new, and existing, advertisers in our restaurant division. She is able to develop strong relationships with customers which in turn leads to loyal clients, word of mouth, and increased sales to create business success!
Caitlyn Dahl
Hello! My name is Caitlyn. I have lived in Litchfield since the day I was born, and still currently do with my two boys Elliott and Landen. Spending time with my kids and my family is the thing you will find me doing most often when not at work. I started with MediaUSA in September of 2022, and have worked various positions in the customer service field since I was 16 years old. The thing I love most about working here is the relationships I get to build with my coworkers and my clients as quality customer service is always my number 1 priority.
Joe Stasi
In sales & sales management since 1991- Skywalk Advertising Sales Manager with Media U.S.A. since 2012. Joe moonlights as radio personality and play by play broadcaster for The Iowa Barnstormers and Upper Iowa University Football.
